1. Acceptance

By downloading and using TV Browser for Threads you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. What the app does

TV Browser for Threads is an Apple TV app that fetches and displays your own Threads posts and videos on your television using the official Threads API. The app displays your username, display name, and public posts.

The app also includes a Search & Discovery feature that uses the threads_keyword_search permission to fetch and display public Threads posts matching keywords or topic tags you choose. Search results are displayed on your TV only and are never stored.

3. Eligibility

You must have a valid Threads account to use this app and must meet the minimum age requirements to use Threads in your country.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use TV Browser for Threads only for its intended purpose — viewing your own Threads content and discovering public Threads posts on Apple TV. You may not:

• Attempt to access other users' private accounts or data
• Use the Search feature to harvest, scrape, or bulk-collect public posts
• Reverse engineer or modify the app
• Use the app in violation of Meta's Terms of Service
• Use the app for commercial data collection or automated querying

5. Intellectual property

TV Browser for Threads and its original content are the property of the developer. "Threads" is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. This app is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta.

6. Service availability

The app depends on the Threads API which is operated by Meta. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Meta may change or restrict API access at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
